How to use
  • Cleanse brows with a water-based remover/cleanser and ensure the area is fully dry.
  • Apply the Permanent Gel (Step 1) to brow hairs only, keeping product off the skin as much as possible.
  • Process according to hair type and brand timing guidelines, then remove product dry.
  • Apply the Neutralizer (Step 2) evenly to hairs in the intended direction; process for the matched timing, then remove with water.
  • Finish with the Regenerating Cream-Oil (Step 3), warming a small amount between fingertips before distributing through the brow hairs.
