Description

The replaceable dust bag for large fan extractors is an essential consumable designed to keep your workstation impeccably clean during professional manicures and pedicures. Engineered to effectively capture nail dust, filing debris, and microparticles sucked in by the ventilation fan, it prevents dust from dispersing into the air or settling onto furniture and surfaces. Crafted from a breathable porous synthetic material and secured with a snug elastic band, it ensures hygienic, reliable containment throughout a busy workday.

Key Benefits
  • Efficiently collects dust and microparticles to reduce air dispersion and keep your work surface clean.
  • Made from porous synthetic material that allows smooth airflow while securely trapping fine nail dust.
  • Equipped with convenient elastic bands for a snug, gap-free fit over the extractor fan outlet.
  • Generous volume holds dust from up to 7 clients, requiring shaking out or emptying no more than once a day under normal use.
  • Essential hygienic consumable for maintaining professional salon standards.
How to use
  1. Ensure your manicure or pedicure extractor fan is turned off and unplugged.
  2. Stretch the elastic band opening of the clean replaceable bag over the exhaust vent/fan port of your extractor.
  3. Check that the bag fits securely and snugly all the way around without any gaps where dust could escape.
  4. Turn on the extractor during nail filing and shaping procedures to collect dust.
  5. After completing services for the day (or when full after approximately 6 clients), remove the bag, shake out the collected dust into a waste bin, and reinstall or wash/replace as needed.
Professional notes
  • The porous synthetic weave maintains optimal motor airflow while trapping fine polymer and gel dust particles.
  • Empty the bag regularly at the end of each working day to maintain peak extraction suction power and airflow efficiency.

Reusable design can be gently shaken out or laundered according to material care guidelines to extend its working lifespan.
