How to use
  1. Mix 2 cm of paste with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Cream Developer 3% until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. Apply the mixture liberally to dry, degreased eyebrows, covering hairs completely from root to tip.
  3. Process for 5 to 20 minutes depending on desired lift (5 min: 1 level, 12 min: 2 levels, 20 min: 3 levels).
  4. Remove the paste thoroughly with a damp cotton pad or makeup remover.
Professional notes
  • Patch Test: A mandatory sensitivity test is required 24-48 hours prior to application.
  • Mixing: Use strictly with RefectoCil Cream Developer 3%; do not use liquid oxidants.
  • Application Area: Designed for eyebrows only; do not apply to eyelashes.
  • Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately with water if contact occurs.
  • Store in a cool, dark place and close the tube immediately after dispensing.
