How to use
  1. Cleanse the eye area thoroughly using an oil-free makeup remover to ensure grease-free hair.
  2. Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid (or 15-20 drops of Cream) into a creamy paste.
  3. Apply the mixture to lashes and eyebrows using an application stick or cosmetic brush.
  4. Allow to process for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired color intensity.
  5. Remove the residue with a damp cotton pad.

  • Patch Test: A mandatory sensitivity test is recommended 48 hours prior to application to prevent allergic reactions.
  • Activation: Requires mixing with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% (sold separately) to activate the color.
