How to use

Lightening by 1–2 Tones (LIGHT Technique)
Mix ELAN Ultramarine Bleaching Powder with ELAN 3% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:3 ratio (powder : oxidant).
Apply first to thicker hairs, then distribute evenly across the brows.
Leave on for 1–3 minutes, depending on hair thickness and desired result.
Remove with a damp cotton pad.
Repeat if a lighter result is required.

Lightening by 3–5 Tones (INTENSE Technique)
Mix the powder with ELAN 3% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:2 ratio.
Apply first to denser hairs, then spread evenly over the entire brow area.
Leave on for 5–15 minutes, depending on hair structure and desired level of lightening.
Remove with a damp cotton pad.
