How to use
  1. Mix 1 cm of dye with 5 drops of 3% oxidizer for eyelash tinting or 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of oxidizer for eyebrow tinting.
  2. Apply the mixture to the clean area using professional tools.
  3. Allow the mixture to process according to established timing protocols, then rinse thoroughly.
