Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and unopened

  • in the same condition as received

  • in its original packaging with all seals intact

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items

To receive a different item:

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To be eligible:

  • items must be unused and unopened

  • packaging must remain intact

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing time: up to 10 business days
