This professional formula is most effective on light blonde to blonde lashes, delivering a vibrant deep blue tone that complements blue eyes or specific makeup styles.

How to use
  1. Cleanse the eye area thoroughly using an oil-free makeup remover to ensure grease-free hair.
  2. Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid (or 15-20 drops of Cream) into a creamy paste.
  3. Apply the mixture to lashes and eyebrows using an application stick or cosmetic brush.
  4. Allow to process for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired color intensity (longer processing increases depth).
  5. Remove the residue with a damp cotton pad.
Professional notes
  • Patch Test: A mandatory sensitivity test is recommended 48 hours prior to application to prevent allergic reactions.
  • Hair Color Note: This shade is only fully visible on light blonde to blonde hair; on dark hair, it provides a blue shimmer.
