How to use

Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, combine ÉLAN OxiPOWER Developer with your chosen ÉLAN brow dye or lightening powder in a 1:1 ratio. Stir thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous cream is achieved.

Application: Apply evenly onto clean, dry eyebrow hair according to your desired technique.

Processing: Allow to process for the exact duration recommended in the user instructions for your specific dye or lightening product.

Removal: Thoroughly remove all product residue after processing is complete.

  • CRITICAL RESTRICTION: FOR EYEBROWS ONLY. DO NOT USE FOR TINTING EYELASHES.
  • Professional Use Only: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Always wear protective gloves during handling and application.

  • Patch Test: Perform a patch sensitivity test prior to first use as this product may cause an allergic reaction.

  • Lamination Care: If used after a brow lamination service, finish the procedure with ÉLAN BTX-BROW MASK and recommend ongoing hydration with LIPIDIC 2.0 concentrate.
