How to use
  1. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base (or Base Top) and cure under a lamp: UV 36W for 2 minutes or LED 8W for 30 seconds.
  2. Cover the nail plate with your chosen magnetic gel polish.
  3. Hold the Cat Eyes Magic Board magnet 3–5 mm above the uncured coating for 5–7 seconds to gather the magnetic particles and form the glare.
  4. Immediately cure the layer to lock the effect in place: UV 36W for 2 minutes or LED 8W for 30 seconds (repeat with a second coat if greater depth is desired).
  5. Seal the design with a top coat such as Rubber Top or Base Top and cure fully: UV 36W for 4 minutes or LED 8W for 60 seconds.
Professional notes
  • Position the magnet steadily and close to the uncured surface to quickly align the metallic micro-particles within the gel polish before settling.
  • Experiment with different angles and distances from the nail plate to achieve specialized multi-directional light reflections, crescents, or diagonal streaks.
  • Always cure immediately after achieving the desired glare shape to prevent the magnetic particles from dispersing or blurring before polymerization.
